Units with terrace. There were central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe.

The staff were AFFABLE, the room was newly remodelled with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff served croissants, cereals, and fruit for breakfast. This hotel was located in a very central area right by close to very good resturants and all restaurants and shops.

The apartment we stayed in was located on the top floor with access to a terrace, which was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the stunning views.

One of the showers in the apartment was not functioning properly, as it didn't switch the flow between the fixed one and the handheld one. It would have been more convenient to have a working shower during our stay.

It was a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. The check-in process was smooth, even though I arrived late and the reception was closed. The owners had left a key and clear instructions for me at the main door. I also appreciated the complimentary croissants, coffee, yogurt, and water provided in the kitchen. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the winding staircase and limited amenities in the room, my overall experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. I highly recommend it for its great quality/price ratio.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Cinque Terre. the property was proactive in communicating with me prior to my arrival, providing helpful guidance on where to check in. the room I stayed in was great - it had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, shutters, a comfortable bed, a TV, and wifi. the welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch. I also appreciated the communal room near the entrance where I could find tea, coffee, and snacks. the location of the accommodation was perfect - just a short walk from the station and situated at the top of the main round in the area. the beautiful sound of the nearby church bells added to the charm of the stay. it was a wonderful holiday experience. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

Whole apartment provided for a group of 6.

The value for money at L'Ancora was excellent - we got a lovely room with modern decor and a rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, right in the center but away from the busy area. The staff, especially Edi, were lovely and very supportive. Everything was super clean and we had a great time.

The host was extremely accommodating, allowing me to check in early without any issues. Despite being on Main Street, the room was quiet and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the town and enjoy the historic character of the area. I had a great experience at L'Ancora and would recommend it to others.
